Colonial Lodge Motel is a small Four star Motel complex which offers quality, comfortable and affordable accommodation in the beautiful town of Ōamaru. We are located on the north side of Ōamaru, a quiet area within 5-10 mins short driving distance to all sites.
We offer a wide variety of accommodation to suit all needs with a mixture of one and two bedroom family units plus studios – all are equipped with full kitchens, underfloor heating and electric blankets.
We offer daily servicing, 50+ Sky Digital channels and complimentary Wi-Fi fibre internet in all units, guest laundry and ample parking for small and large vehicles. A delicious continental breakfast can be delivered to your room if required and we also offer a complimentary booking service for trips to the Ōamaru Blue Penguin Colony and Moeraki Boulders.
Our complex is set amongst established gardens and trees and along with a BBQ area, there is a children’s playground with a trampoline, basketball hoop, swing and slides.
Our guests also enjoy seeing our two alpacas that we have in the next door paddock!
