Retreats are the perfect place to relax, de-stress & nourish your mind, body & soul. No previous experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. You are invited to do as little or as much as you like, the yoga practices will be tailored to suit all levels and life stages.
Jules is an experienced yoga practitioner teaching Iyengar, Yoga Nidra and infusing her love of Ashtanga. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and started on the journey of teaching 5 years ago completing her 200YTT in 2018 by immersing herself in traditional practices of yoga in Goa, India. She also started officially studying the Iyengar Yoga lineage in 2017 becoming certified in 2020.
